Dean has over 40 years of direct municipal government service, all at a senior management level, serving in various positions ranging from Director of Parks and Recreation to Director of Planning and Development to Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to Director of Economic and Community Development.

Larry brings a diversified background to the partnership, working initially in the municipal and not-for-profit recreation industries in several management positions. Now in the economic development field, primarily in organization planning and development and project and business development.
