In this full day workshop, we are making the connection focusing on learning the ins/outs of how to use Facebook Stories, Messenger and Instagram to connect with your customers.

** This is a virtual workshop.

Participants can join via their phone, tablet or computer. If you wish to follow along as we navigate the different functions of these platforms, participants will find that viewing the workshop from a separate device (ie. computer or tablet) while using the functions of their smartphone is best.

Through hands-on learning with your smartphones, you'll discover new online marketing strategies and skills to make more connections and build your businesses following.

We will learn about:

• Facebook & Instagram (Feed, Stories & Messenger)
• Best practises and effective ways to create content for these platforms. Strategic ways to cross-promote your marketing messages, and
• How to reach your customers and build an audience on Facebook & Instagram while building your business brand.

Brooke Spagrud, social media strategist and owner of Creative-i Marketing & Social Media, will be facilitating this workshop.

IMPORTANT: To make the most of this workshop, you must have both Facebook and Instagram pages for Business (not personal) set up, and you must have Administrator access on these.

You will not receive personal assistance to set up these pages during this workshop.
