Business in southeast Saskatchewan continues to thrive with many new entrepreneurs entering the marketplace. To address questions related to business start-up, a new workshop entitled 'Ready to Own a Biz?' will be offered in a number of communities in the CF Sunrise region.
Partnering with local economic development committees, CF Sunrise hopes this session will connect potential entrepreneurs with the business information they need to start-up. Session topics will address the questions of what is needed to start a business, who to contact and where to begin the planning process. "Starting and then managing a business can be very rewarding, but it takes a lot of hard work, planning and perseverance to be successful. I encourage anyone who is thinking of business ownership to come out and learn about the resources availabel to help," comments Verna O'Neill, session facilitator and CF Sunrise staff member.
