One of our winners of the 2015 Community Beautification Program was the Great Sandhills Museum in Sceptre, Sask. The project consisted of scraping the old paint off the chuch and repainting it. The church is one of the many historical buildings located on the museum grounds. The buildings are both in emaculate condition and beautifully done to represent the past. Sceptre Museum is a definate must see to experience what life was like.
Community Futures Southwest gave the museum $1500.00 towards the renovations of the church and were very happy with the way the project turned out!! Very proud of this small community and the work that was done!!
