Community Futures Southwest presented the Saskatchewan Landing Home Owner's Association with a cheque for $450.00 towards their project. They were winners in the 2012 Community Beautification program and finished up the project this year. Sask Landing needed house numbers to help in emergency situations so that medical help could find the right house. The Association provided the cabin owners with poles and numbers to be put in the front yards. They also asked the cabin owners to add their own personal touches to make each their own. The poles and numbers are very important and the way they are turning out are very beautiful looking. Very nice job Sask Landing.
They also went as far as to provide new signs showing which way the numbered cabins are to also help out in an emergency situation.
