- $150,000 maximum to any one entity
- Fixed interest rate and amortization established at time of application

- $25,000 maximum
- Eligible uses: working capital, operating expenses
- Fixed interest rate of prime plus 2% (minimum of 5%)
- Interest only payments for the first six (6) months
- Loan term is 36 months (3 years)

Women's Initiative Fund:
- $45,000 maximum
- Applicant must be a woman
- Applicant must reside in the Sagehill Region
- Business can operate either full-time, part-time, or seasonal
- Eligible uses: startup costs, working capital (operating expenses), expansion/renovations/improvements, inventory purchases, capital purchases
- Fixed interest rate of prime plus 2%
- Loan term is 60 months (5 years)
- Interest only payments for the first six (6) months

Side Hustle Loan Program:
Tailored funding and support to empower aspiring entrepreneurs to start and grow their side hustle business ventures.
• Maximum loan amount $15,000
• Applicant(s) must reside in the Sagehill region
• Business can operate part-time or seasonal
• Eligible uses of funds: start-up Expenses, operating Expenses, inventory purchases, capital purchases, expansion of existing side hustle businesses.
• Minimum fixed interest rate of prime plus 2%
• Loan term is 36 months (3 years)
• Interest only payments for the first three (3) months
• Monthly blended payments for the remainder of the loan
• No penalty for early payout

Business Improvement Loan:
The new Business Improvement Loan is tailored for entrepreneurs to improve their businesses by providing funding for building & equipment improvements as well as leasehold improvements.
Terms and Conditions include:
- Maximum loan amount is $150,000
- Minimum lending rate of Prime plus 2%
-Loan term is between 5-10 years
-Interest only payments for the first 6 months
-No prepayment penalty
Eligibility criteria:
- Applicants must reside in the Sagehill Region
- Business has been operational for at least one year
- Business can operate as a sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation
