Overview | Knowledge is power. And as a business owner, the greatest source of knowledge available to you can be found in your financial statements. “What Are Your Numbers Telling You?” provides you with a simplified, yet highly effective process of reading and interpreting your numbers.

Learning Objectives | Using his vast business expertise and enthusiastic delivery, Ron Robichaud helps participants gain clarity of their current financial situation and confidence in making sound business decisions. During the three hour Bootcamp participants will learn how to:

  •   Define key components of the balance sheet, income statement, and cashflow.
  •   Extract essential information with ease from a Chart of Accounts.
  •   Identify key ratios used by financial professionals to assess the health of a business.  Clearly decipher and comprehend what the information is saying

Business owners need to have a better understanding of what drives the value of their business; and what they can do to maximize efficiencies and make it lucrative enough to hook potential buyers.

Learning Objectives | This Bootcamp takes an informative look at the processes successful entrepreneurs use to maximize the value of their business and prepare for eventual succession. Entrepreneurs will also learn how to calculate the value of their business using the multiple of earnings approach. This workshop also includes an overview of key succession planning topics including the importance of planning ahead, legal and tax considerations, types of succession alternatives, and financing the sale of a business.
